"Not worth it for the price"
I was dissapointed with this. It looked okay at first, but after just one wash the fabric ripped. For what I paid, I expected way better quality...

"Sizing can be a little all over the place"
I’ve liked a few things I’ve gotten from here, but the sizing is kind of hit or miss. One dress fit really nicely, and then another one in what was supposed to be the same size felt a bit too tight. It’s not a bad site or anything, I just wish the fit was a little more consistent.

"My first impression of the return process"
My first impression was that the return policy seemed straightforward, but once I actually had to use it, the return window felt a little tight. I was able to send it back without too much trouble, and the refund came through after a few days. Not a bad experience overall, just not the most flexible either.

"Tracking was easy to keep up with"
I ordered from elietahari.com and the tracking was easy to follow. I got the email with the link soon after ordering, I could see when it shipped and where it was along the way. There was one day where it didn’t update and I got a little unsure, but then it started moving again and still arrived on time. Not perfect, but overall it was a good experience...

I emailed elietahari.com twice about my order and still never got a real response, just a lot of waiting with no update. What made it even more annoying was that the terms seemed to change after I placed the order, which felt unfair. For what they charge, I expected much better support. Super frustrating experience and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

I ordered from elietahari.com and, at least in my case, the package showed up right around when they said it would. The tracking updated normally too, from what I could tell. I’m only taking off one star because the box was a little bent when it arrived, though nothing inside looked damaged

"Says it’s in stock, but apparently not"
I’m starting to wonder what’s going on with their inventory. I ordered a dress that was clearly showing as available, got the confirmation email and everything, then a few days later they suddenly told me it was out of stock. Like… why let me check out in the first place? This has happened to me twice now, so it doesn’t feel like a one-off mistake. It’s really frustrating and kind of makes me suspicious that the site isn’t being updated properly, or they’re just letting people order stuff they don’t actually have. Total waste of time.

"I’ve had this jacket for a few..."
I’ve had this jacket for a few months now it’s held up better than I thought it would. It still looks good, which I was kind of surprised by because I’ve worn it a lot. Oh, and there is one loose button, but that’s been the only real issue so far. Overall, happy with it.

I ordered a top from elietahari.com because it looked like a soft beige in the pictures but when it showed up it was way more yellow tan. Definitely not what I thought I was getting.
The quality seemed okay and the fabric felt nice enough but the color was hard to work with for the outfit I had planned. Annoying when the photos make it look that different.

"Started Browsing, Ended Up Giving Up"
I hopped on the site thinking I’d quickly find something in my size because, the website looks nice at first glance. But once I started shopping, it got frustrating fast. Every time I tried to narrow things down, the filters kept resetting, and the pages were loading slower than I expected. After clicking around for a while and redoing the same filters over and over, I just got tired of trying to find my size and gave up. It has good potential, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother.

"Worth it when the promos hit"
I’ve shopped on Elie Tahari a few times now, and to be fair, the deals can be really good if you wait for a promo. The loyalty perks are a nice bonus, and the promo codes have actually worked for me most of the time, which isn’t always the case with other sites. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable and everything arrived fine. I’m taking off a star because I do think the rewards could be easier to see and track, but overall I’ve had a solid experience

"Looked way different in person"
I bought this jacket because the photos gave me the impression it was more structured and had this really rich color. I guess from how polished the pictures looked, I assumed it was going to feel a bit more premium too, but when it arrived, the color was much duller and the fit didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.
Maybe it’s just the lighting or some editing in the photos, but it felt a little misleading. For the price, I was expecting the pictures to be a more accurate representation of the jacket.

"Refund Eventually Came, But the Wait Was Annoying"
I returned something I bought from Elie Tahari and the refund did come through in the end, so I can’t really complain about that part. But waiting around a couple of weeks after they received the return was frustrating. I kept checking to see if it had been processed, and it felt slower than it needed to be. Customer service did respond when I reached out, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the refund process definitely tested my patience.

I reached out hoping they could actually help me, but i didn’t really get anywhere. They never solved my issue or seemed to do much to help. Am I wrong for expecting a bit more from customer service?

"Nice packaging and felt secure"
My order showed up nicely packed, and nothing was crushed or damaged. The box looked clean too, and I appreciated that the receipt email matched everything in the package. I’m taking off one star because there was a little more plastic inside than I expected, but overall it was a good experience.

"Bad stitching and weird fit"
I really wanted to like this jacket because it looked nice online, but the stitching was just bad. The seams were puckered in a few spots, and the fit was weird too. It didn’t sit right, the shape felt off, and the stitching kept bothering me every time I looked at it. For the price, I expected way better. Just not worth it for me...
